This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines how service access and associated materials are delivered after a confirmed purchase.
1. Nature of Delivery
We do not deliver any physical goods. All purchases are service-based and include digital resources or assets that support the delivery of the service.
2. Mode of Access
Upon successful purchase and payment confirmation, you will receive access to the purchased service through:
A secure Google Drive link, containing onboarding documents, system blueprints, and execution checklists.
In certain plans, access to shared dashboards or tools required to implement the systems may be granted via a separate invite.
3. Timeline for AccessAccess to the digital folder or shared resources is typically provided:Within 1–4 hours during working hours (Monday–Friday, 10 AM to 7 PM IST)Or within 12 hours
if purchased outside working hours or on holidays

4. Download Permissions & Fair Use
While most files (e.g., PDFs, sheets) are downloadable, they are intended strictly for your personal or business use.
Sharing, reselling, or redistributing any of our material is a breach of service terms and may result in revoked access without a refund.
5. Ongoing Access
Unless otherwise specified in your plan, you will retain access to the Google Drive folder and any resources therein for a minimum of 6 months from the date of purchase.
Access may be extended or upgraded based on your service package or renewal status.
